Detailed Description of the Project Content:
The project’s goal is to implement manufacturing, marketing, and sales innovation activities with the involvement of qualified experts.

As part of the modernization of manufacturing processes, the aim is to innovate and enhance the efficiency of producing lithium disilicate-based dental restorations. Instead of the current pressing method that requires manual labor, we plan to introduce a digitally controlled, automated manufacturing process. With the use of this new technology, human error will be reduced, production will be faster, and the rate of defective products will be minimized.

The development of the company’s marketing and sales activities includes search engine optimization of the website, the introduction of data-driven marketing solutions, and strengthening the company’s social media presence.

During the innovation process, our company will renew its production with a new milling machine and a compressor. Marketing activities will be updated through website redesign, search engine optimization, and a new marketing plan based on these changes. With the innovation of manufacturing and marketing processes, our company’s competitiveness and market position can significantly improve.
